A Compliment From One Department to Another

I just wanted to take a moment and express to you how good of an experience one of my clients had while he was here for inpatient treatment. This was his first true inpatient treatment. Beatrice did a TREMENDOUS job in working with him and guiding him through those initial steps of his recovery. Randy was instrumental in working with the county to get funding in place to allow this process to proceed.
I really feel a sense of pride in PFRC as I reflect back over this case. The team work and quality of care and intervention that this client received was exceptional. Today, this client and his family are hopeful of what the future may hold, for the first time he is able to see the possibilities that life holds for him if he can live a clean and sober life. You and your entire inpatient team deserve a great deal of credit for this.
